What's new at Reshma's Home?

Hey Friends, Prayer Warriors and Family.

Another long break between post- but mostly good updates ahead.

First and foremost, one last call to let you know I am taking a small team of people to visit Reshma’s Home THIS November over thanksgiving break. If you want more information on this, please let me know.

We’ve launched updated merchandise to help raise money for the home, expenses, and more. Feel free to shop the online store or visit the local store in Madison, MS.

The girls are doing amazing. Growing, toooooo fast, and quickly showing their witty/sneaky little personalities :) If you followed along the instagram/email blast while I was away- you know what I mean when I say “girls will be girls” and their little stunts to win your heart over after sneaking in permanent markers on their school clothes, painting items that didn’t need painting, picking sour fruits from neighbors trees….. you guys got to pray for my house moms and administrators! It’s truly a joy, but also, growing pains are real. Pray for them for real :)

Also be in prayer as Dengue fever is still in full outbreak and will continue until late October /early November. 90% of the staff and children have battled fever and other symptoms. Thankfully, Dengue is a bit more common in Asia than it is here, so medicine seems to help and rest is allowing them to gain health back quickly.

Lastly, we have a few of the older girls receiving more counseling due to trauma coming to surface from their former lives before rescue. Just pray.
